Cancellations/returns not allowed, and refunds/exchanges not offered. Eyelashmama.com reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

CHANGES TO ORDER ONCE IT'S BEEN PLACED?
All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
All orders are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS).

Processing time for orders is 1 business day.
Once shipped delivery time within the United States is between 3-5 business days.

If you receive a product that is damaged, please let us know within 3 business days.  We will review all issues that are submitted within 3 days of delivery of order. Requests received after this time frame are no longer eligible for review. You must provide, photo of damaged product, along with explanation of damage, and copy of packaging slip.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries.
